Scope Scope of Work: This Project includes the reconstruction of approximately 7,900 LF of Yorktown Boulevard from Rodd Field Road to Oso Creek Bridge with new HMAC (Base Bid 1) or Concrete (Base Bid 2) pavement and new curb, median, and concrete sidewalk/ shared use path. Also included are improvements and upgrades to the Storm Water, Water, Wastewater, Gas, Lighting Infrastructure, and Traffic Signals. Bidders may submit bids on either Base Bid 1 or Base Bid 2 or both.

Scope Project Scope: Demolish the existing boat ramp. Place sheet piling or cofferdams as needed to dewater area for placement of new boat ramp. Construct new boat ramp and 6’-wide floating pier with handrails. Place concrete pavement for vehicular and trailer access to the boat ramp. Place bollards to protect the accessible walkway to pier.
