SERVICES DESIRED: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain a non-alcoholic beverage distributor for the Spokane County Fair and ExpoCenter (“FAIR”). The non-alcoholic beverage distributor will be the official distributor of beverages for all events held at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, including, but not limited to, the Spokane County Interstate Fair as described herein. Asused in this RFP, the term “non-alcoholic beverage” means carbonated beverages commonly known as “soft drinks” or “pop”, bottled water, energy drinks, and juices.
