This was a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA to the contractors that were awarded hand thinning only. Only current BPA holders can quote the forthcoming call request. Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a call order that includes the Cold Canal/Divide and Wallowa Front projects that contain hand thinning and hand piling on the Wallowa Valley Ranger District of the Wallowa Whitman NF.
