Lake County (County) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for a builder or developer to construct up to 28 affordable housing units on two sites to be developed in the next two years. Lake County was awarded a Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Incentive Grant for the installation of utilities to two publicly controlled sites. These sites will be ready for vertical construction in the Spring of 2025.
