The contractor shall provide a washer extractor in accordance with the specifications below, remove and dispose of the old washer (see attached photos), and install the new provided washer extractor. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and materials to properly remove existing and install new washer/extractor in building 349, on Malmstrom AFB, MT. Additionally, the contractor must provide one-time equipment training to the end user. Please see attached SOW for washer extractor specifications.

This requirement is to provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), Montana.
