The Elaine Chapin Fundinvites applications for its postsecondary scholarships program. Elaine Chapin was an exceptional woman and loving wife and mother who passed away on November 1, 2008, after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. One of her proudest moments was the day that her son graduated from college, just months before her death. Through the fund named in her honor, scholarships of up to $1,000 will be awarded to support the post-secondary education of students impacted by multiple sclerosis, either directly or as a family member.
