The requirement is to supply all the various gases used thru -out aircraft maintenance using the provided government owned cylinders. Airgas will deliver full cylinders and remove empty ones and take to their gas fill facility to refill. Airgas will make sure all cylinders have been static tested IAW applicable regulations.
