Provide a turnkey, self-service enclosed laundry facility with 42ea electric stacked laundry centers. Washers and dryers will be used twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Bundles of laundry will include but are not limited to socks, undergarments, t-shirts, physical fitness uniforms and army combat uniforms. The facility shall be a temporary structure that is climate controlled and always maintain an average internal temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
