Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain responses and establish a Qualified Vendors List (“QVL”) of licensed contractors (“vendor” or “contractor”) for general contracting services for future LRWRA projects.
