The City of Aurora Division of Public Art is seeking qualifications and proposals for multiple creative opportunities, including temporary art installation, teaching artists and performances for the Lumenaura: Interactive Light & Sound Experience Festival in October 2024. This is the second round of RFP’s for this event. There is no fee to apply. Artists may apply for more than one project.

The Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) Project will provide facilities to enable a world-class program in neutrino physics that can measure fundamental physical parameters, explore physics beyond the Standard Model and better elucidate the nature of matter and anti-matter. Specifically, LBNF will build a new high-intensity neutrino beam at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), the “Near Site,” aimed at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF), 1,300 km away at the “Far Site,” where a neutrino detector will be built; also known as DUNE (Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment).
