The Contractor will perform positive matrix factorization (PMF) analysis using the latest version of the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (US EPA) PMF model or other equivalent PMF models utilizing the Multilinear Engine version 2 (ME-2). Additional information on US EPA's PMF model can be found here: https://www.epa.gov/sites/default/files/2015-02/documents/pmf_5.0_user_guide.pdf.
