Oneida Vilas Transit Commission (OVTC) is a small, two-county public transit system in northern Wisconsin. Administration and vehicle maintenance are currently housed in a leased building at 3611 Highway 47 Rhinelander. OVTC operates two route buses that run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through cities in Oneida County and Vilas County. OVTC operates a twice a month route between Phelps and Eagle River. OVTC operates in Rhinelander, Minocqua and Eagle River, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
