The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting quotes from Certified Small Business Vendors to provide QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON THE AUTOMATIC GATES/ROLL-UP DOORS for the CHP TEMPLETON AREA OFFICE as specified in Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW). LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C-61 / D-28 (Doors, Gates, Activating Devices), and Local County or City Business License There are NO DVBE Requirements or Incentives for this Quote Request.
The Contractor will perform positive matrix factorization (PMF) analysis using the latest version of the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (US EPA) PMF model or other equivalent PMF models utilizing the Multilinear Engine version 2 (ME-2). Additional information on US EPA's PMF model can be found here: https://www.epa.gov/sites/default/files/2015-02/documents/pmf_5.0_user_guide.pdf. The Contractor shall perform PMF analyses to generate source profiles and attempt to identify major sources/source types based on PMF factor profile results.
The Addendum #1 is posted to update the Key Action Dates, indicating the new Q&A posting date, extending the bid submission and bid opening dates.
