The City is seeking quotes for document destruction in compliance with records retention rules of the State of Florida Division of Library and Information Services. The City anticipates doing quarterly disposals, with an estimated 1,700 - 1800 cubic feet of disposal per year. The City has an internal Records Disposition Document that we would require the vendor to also sign at the time of each disposal for our record keeping and tracking of quantities disposed. Please see attached a Sample Records Disposition Document. In addition, please describe your disposal methods and processes. The City intends to enter into an agreement for a one-year period, with the possibility of three additional one-year periods.
