The City of Stillwater and the Stillwater Utilities Authority (SUA) seeks statements of qualifications to conduct a comprehensive solid waste management study. The study will provide recommendations to improve efficiencies of current services and provide alternatives for the future of the city’s solid waste program. The study will conclude with a report analyzing and making recommendations on practical and cost–effective waste management solutions. The study will include short–term (1 to 5 years), mid–term (5 to 10 years), and long–term (20 to 30 years) implementation recommendations.
