The County of Calaveras (County) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to assist in developing a comprehensive community evacuation plan. The consultant will work closely with Office of Emergency Services staff, local emergency responders, community leaders, and other stakeholders to assess risk, identify evacuation routes and zones, and develop an effective evacuation plan for the county's residents and visitiors. It is the intent of the County to select the most qualified firmto provide the professional services described herein. However, the County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Request for Proposals (RFP) process or negotiation with a selected firm and begin a new Consultant selection process.
