The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals for a Consulting firm to assess the current condition of the entire trail and sidewalk network within the City limits. Approximately one third of the City’s Sidewalk and Trail network will be inspected annually for 3 years starting summer of 2024. The data collected will be precise and comprehensive. Data gathered will be presented, at minimum, in an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) format and a final report. Condition data will correspond with the inventory located in the asset database. Please note that the rating system for the City’s sidewalks and trails has been established and will need to be followed for consistency.

The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) invites submissions from qualified and experienced respondents to provide plumbing and gasfitting maintenance and repairs services for various City owned facilities. The term of this agreement is three (3) years.
This Request for Quotations (“the RFQ”) issued by the City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of one (1) 2024 or newer model year self-propelled street snowblower with two (2) blower heads.
The cleaning and inspection of approximately 26 kilometres of storm pipe, as well as the cleaning of approximately 685 catch basins and manholes. Please take note that schedule E has different requirements because of its proximity to Crystal Lake. Most of the time the water is backed up in these pipes and it will be the contractor’s responsibility to supply a plug and dewater the system. The City will coordinate work between the contractor and an environmental specialist to ensure no fish are present in the system at the time of work. Schedule E also requires the cleaning and inspection of four (4) stormceptors.
Work will include milling of existing road surface & asphalt overlay, road Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), waste excavation, various concrete structure spot replacements, repairs to storm sewer infrastructure, thermoplastic line painting, as well as landscaping.
