The Board of Trustees of the El Paso School District (“District” or “EPISD”) hereby serves notice that it will accept sealed bids for the surface only sale of vacant schools [“the Property(ies)”]. All questions must be submitted via the District's E-bid system no later than 2:00 p.m. MT on April 8, 2024. NOTE: A ten thousand dollar ($10,000.00) deposit is required for each vacant property which a bid is submitted, and will be required in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.
