The County will use a two-phase value-based procurement process to select a Design-Build Team to deliver the Project. This SOQ is the first phase to solicit information. This equipment will provide a means to carefully control the drying conditions for fuel cell and water electrolysis electrodes and understand the effects of drying conditions on electrode microstructure and performance.
