The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to contract with a land conservation professional (“Consultant”) to assist the Teton County Scenic Preserve Trust (“Trust” or “TCSPT”) with a review of the current TCSPT structure, standards, and governance and to develop recommendations to make changes and potentially modernize and update the structure and standards of the Trust. The goal of this project is to provide information and options in order for theTCSPT Trustees to reevaluate the purpose, operational standards, and staffing needs of TCSPT.

The consultant must be able to think strategically about current and future library services, bring innovative ideas, and make cutting-edge recommendations that address these components, as well as other recommendations that Teton County Library may not have yet considered.
