This project consists of constructing a performance stage at Gazebo Park in Butner, NC to include necessary grading and installation of sidewalk and landscaping. An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Wednesday, April 17th at 2:00PM at the site (415 Central Avenue). The City of Charlotte seeks a qualified company to provide Heavy-Duty Refuse Truck and Street Sweeper Truck Maintenance and Repair Services to work with Fleet Management. The Company shall perform maintenance, and repair services on fleet heavy-duty refuse truck and street sweeper truck equipment owned, operated, or maintained by the City.

The University currently has thirty-four (34) stationary generators and three (3) portable generators that need to be maintained quarterly – three (3) minor PM’s and one (1) major PM. The contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing generator maintenance and repair services and must have a service technician within 150 miles of UNCW. The Contractor is responsible for providing all material and labor for generator maintenance and repair services.
