The objective of this Sources Sought is to identify potential subcontracting companies that are qualified and capable of meeting the project objectives. The project objective, at a high level, is to provide a drying chamber enclosure. This equipment will provide a means to carefully control the drying conditions for fuel cell and water electrolysis electrodes and understand the effects of drying conditions on electrode microstructure and performance.
