The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION for firm fixed price purchase order to Texas A&M University (TAMU).We propose to contract with Texas A&M Univeristy (TAMU), located in College Station, Texas, to provide a tool to be used by Tracking grant recipients to geocode a large number of diverse datasets to census tracts with a high degree of accuracy and a standard process. The vendor is expected to own the geocoding tool and not be a front-end interface for already existing independent tools.
