The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting innovative proposals in the following technical areas: development of a nano-scale heterogeneous material synthesis on lattice mismatch substrates to realize defect-free multi-layer heterogenous junctions with atomically sharp surface/interface and atomically abrupt compositional transition. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems.
