The City of Dixon (“City”) is seeking qualified consultants to submit a Proposal for a Water Rate Study. Completion of a comprehensive analysis of water rates is a City Council priority. The water rate study is expected to commence in February 2024, with water rates expected to be implemented by December 2024.
