Exterior work also included repointing of existing brick and granite walls 100%, and various repairs as indicated in the drawings. The estimated project Base Bid cost is $1,350,000 . The work is to be accomplished within 180 calendar days of a notice to proceed. Liquidated damages in the amount of $2,000. per day will be assessed if the work has not been completed in accordance with the provisions of the contract within the time specified (as extended by any authorized extension of time granted in accordance with the contract provisions).
