The 21st Contracting Squadron intends to award a Single Source Purchase Order to Setpoint Systems Corp, 8167 Southpark Circle, Littleton Colorado 80120-5666 for routine and emergency maintenance and repair of the Delta Controls systems at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station. Setpoint Systems Corp is the only company authorized to service the current systems. Setpoint Systems Corp has been assigned directly by Delta Controls. The Contractor shall provide all non-personal services to include the coordination and supply of labor and testing materials associated with trolley load testing to perform fall protection load testing (i.e. trolley load testing) for the 302nd Maintenance Group at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The US Air Force Academy issues B4 and garment bags to each incoming cadet every year. The annual estimated quantity for each bag type is 1,100. These bags must be made in accordance with the attached specifications; PD 211-240404-B4 and PD 210-240404-Garment. Berry Amendment requirements will apply to certain components of the end product.
