The City of Charlotte seeks a qualified company to provide Heavy-Duty Refuse Truck and Street Sweeper Truck Maintenance and Repair Services to work with Fleet Management. The Company shall perform maintenance, and repair services on fleet heavy-duty refuse truck and street sweeper truck equipment owned, operated, or maintained by the City.

The proposer will provide a list of all currently available products and firm fixed fee pricing. The proposer will also provide an estimated list of future seasonal products and firm fixed fee pricing. Example products that local and regional producers may include in this proposal: produce, meat, honey, eggs, etc. Dairy products should respond to “RFP 179-2324-237-CNS_MILK_PRODUCTS”.

North Carolina Department of Public Safety-New NC Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Campus – Advance Planning Phase
The selected vendor will serve as a liaison for employees, their families, victims, and other responders at and related to scenes, emergencies, crises, and other traumatic incidents involving the County’s response to events. The selected vendor will provide services to all County employees but managing a close working relationship with public safety and emergency services will be essential for program success. On average the Contractor will experience 550 individual contacts and 170 hours per month. The Contractor is responsible for providing their own equipment, vehicle, computers, and other necessities to perform the job.
Removal and replacement of the existing 56-ton closed-loop cooling tower with a new closed-loop direct replacement cooling tower. Exact make and model number for the cooling tower is Baltimore Aircoil, BAC CCT NS- BAC VFL-036-32M. All exterior piping is to be heat-traced and insulated with metal jackets. Work may also include minor alterations to the existing concrete pad as well as all associated piping and electrical requirements.
