Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD), Federal Highway Administration will be hosting a Construction Contractor conference in Spokane, WA on May 1, 2024 at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.WFLHD is a division office of the Office of Federal Lands Highway (FLH), assists federal land management agencies and other partners with full-service planning, design and construction of highway and bridge projects that provide access to national forests, national parks, tribal lands and other public lands.
