Anglers will be recruited by DEEP staff to voluntarily report their fishing trip information through intercept questionnaire via an electronic tablet and also with a post marked angler survey catch card. Angler survey data is used to determine recreational harvest of marine fish species, which is critical for stock assessment purposes and ultimately for managing the marine recreational fishery.
