Food Services Project Description :Camosun College invites qualified providers of Food Services to submit proposals for the provision of food services and catering for students and staff at multiple locations on two campuses. Food services consist of both retail food services and catering. Catering may be required outside of regular business hours.
Recycling food waste will reduce the amount of waste going to the base landfill. MCBH requires food waste recycling service for the Anderson Mess Hall.
The contractor must have adequate insurance The Contract will ensure that all food is served at the appropriate tempurates and have trained staff to serve. The Contractor is responsible to clean serving area after every meal and dispose of any remaining food.
