The Contractor shall establish and operate the food service facilities described herein for the purpose of dispensing food, nonalcoholic beverages, supporting catering events as requested and such other items as may be authorized by the contracting officer (CO) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. This is a no cost contract to the Government.
