“City”) is seeking a registered and state of Ohio licensed remediation service company to provide scheduled and emergency waste identification, clean-up, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste services.
Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for Water Extraction and Mold Remediation Services [Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Compliant] for Facilities Management Division and various other Broward County agencies. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace.
The subject solicitation resulted in the award of a competitive Cost-Plus-Award-Fee Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract for Environmental Remedial Action Services. A Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract was chosen due to the physical uncertainties of most of the sites and the nature of the work to be performed under the contract(s).
