Contractor shall furnish all the labor, certified/registered professionals, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, containers, permits, transport vehicles, travel, incidentals, and facilities necessary to perform hazardous materials survey report services for Caltrans owned right of way residential and commercial structures and properties, as described herein.
