The University currently has vending service agreements with two beverage and one snack vendor that provide a variety of beverage and snack products on campus. The campus NinerTech Computer Store offers technology products and the Student Health Center provides medical care and medication products. The snack vendor also provides a limited number of non-food type items including, batteries, school supplies, aspirin, etc.
The premises sought through this RFP will house a Lottery Commission Retail Outlet and Claims Center where members of the public may redeem winning tickets in an amount up to and including $100,000, purchase tickets at a counter or at vending machines, and play KENO. LOT expects to receive approximately 200 visitors per day at the Claims Center. t
Clean all restroom fixtures, and replenish restroom supplies. Dispose of all trash and garbage generated in or about the Building. Wash inside and out or steam clean cans used for collection of food remnants from snack bars and vending machines. Dust horizontal surfaces that are readily available and visibly require dusting. Spray buff resilient floors in main corridors, entrances, and lobbies. Clean elevators and escalators.
