The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management at Westover Air Reserve Base. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Estimated workload factors are in Appendix A and collection areas are in Appendix B.

Disposal includes but is not limited to recycling, treatment, neutralization, processing, destruction and/or disposal in a hazardous waste landfill.

Collection includes emptying, collecting and disposing of all waste off-base and ensuring containers are maintained. Contractor is subject to vehicle weighing and associated records for disposal and landfill tipping.
