Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is seeking to contract a fishing vessel, at least 65 ft (or larger, a “large fishing vessel”), to conduct scientific research on the Grand Banks of Newfoundland. Research will include deployment and recovery of scientific instrumentation and oceanographic moorings.
