: The F-35 "Lightning II" Program Office intends to issue an order under Basic Agreement N00019-14-G-0020. The US Government requires four, one-week periods for F-35 Operational Test (OT) pilots to attend an F-35 Virtual Simulation center for pre-IOT&E training. These events need to occur between February and May of 2018.
