The Bidder agrees to execute the formal Contract within ten (10) days from the date of Notice of Award, and in case he fails or neglects to appear within the specified time to execute the Contract, he will be considered as having abandoned the Contract, and the Bid Security accompanying this Proposal will be forfeited to the Owner by reason of such failure on the part of the Bidder. All equipment, piping, and ductwork that is found to be abandoned or is to be demolished shall be removed from the site. A/E to design and show all infection control / dust prevention measures required. A/E to assess and design any asbestos abatement such as pipe lagging, floor tile and mastic. A/E to provide necessary literature on new technology or installation methods when required.
The successful bidder will furnish all insurance, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the Monthly Steam Cleaning services.
