The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting Bids from qualified firms for abatement of public nuisances including litter removal, abandoned property removal, homeless encampments and board-up services for residential, commercial, and vacant properties for the City’s Office of Public Response Division on an as-needed basis.
The Consultant shall be able to arrive at the required location within a timely manner and shall have all supplies available on-hand to begin abatement immediately upon arrival at the property. The Consultant shall provide landscaping and light general maintenance services, which shall include, but not limited to: *Board-up of vacant dangerous building according to adopted City of Ontario requirements (similar to HUD standards).
