The intent of this solicitation is to establish a service contract with a qualified contractor to complement forces with Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Division of Sustainability and Compliance, Asbestos Abatement Unit to ensure and monitor that the asbestos abatement projects adhere to proper work practices in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
