The SCWS is located on the top of the turret of a M1 Abrams tank. The Government does not own all proprietary rights to the technical data package (TDP). The TDP contains at least one Source Controlled drawing. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are due no later than 11:59 PM eastern standard time, May 8, 2020. The turret should be able to accommodate the mounting of a secondary armament self-defense/secondary weapon capability equal to or greater than 6.88mm caliber.Additionally, the MTMS shall feature a level of automation, such that the physical burden on the crew is reduced, while supporting a high rate of fire capability.
