The bridge substructure work includes repairing concrete spalls and deteriorated concrete areas with shotcrete, replacing and repointing stone masonry, grouting voids under the pier and abutments, placing riprap, and other miscellaneous work. The bridge deck work includes removal of the asphalt pavement, installation of a waterproofing membrane, asphalt concrete pavement overlay, chip seal, and other miscellaneous work.
