Final clarification for FAT requirement:In lieu of a Full FAT and environmental tests, offerors can choose to submit submit a Partial FAT that could include the following: Continuity Testing, Workmanship, Wiring and Dielectric Tests, Insulation Resistance, Certified Crimping, and other fundtional and performance tests at a minimum.All relevant FAT information should be included in the contractor developed Test and Acceptance Plan.
