This requirement is for the purchase of an Access Control Maintenance Agreement for CDID, Buildings 700 and 3040 to ensure compliance with access control procedures and key control as outlined in AR 380-5 and AR 190-13. The Capabilities Development and Integrations Directorate (CDID) has 11 classified open storage areas and 5 secure video teleconference (SVTC) suites within buildings 700 and 3040.
