This project consists of providing the labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of sixteen (16) Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APSs), new cabinet, controller, wiring, sidewalk/curb ramp improvements and other incidental items and work, along Business 54 South at the 4th Street and 5th Street signalized intersections.
