The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the State of Vermont Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB) is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for its analytic services to support implementation of Vermont's All-Payer Accountable Care Organization (“ACO”) Model Agreement (“the Agreement”) with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”).
