The State of California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS), Office of Systems Integration (OSI), on behalf of the Office of the California Surgeon General (CA-OSG), invites you to review and respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 2021-59-OSG ACEs and Toxic Stress Public Awareness Campaign Services.
The Contractor shall provide independent expert communication services, specifically for Speaking and Media Communications Support, to assist the State of California, Health and Human Services, Office of the California Surgeon General (OSG) in providing awareness and education as part of the California Youth and Behavioral Health Initiative¿s ACEs and toxic stress public awareness campaign and trauma-informed training for educators.
MICC End User is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
