The final product will upgrade the entire water and wastewater treatments Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System [SCADA] components to bring our system into compliance with ETL 11-1, 8.1.1 by providing encryption to this system. This project is solely for the purchase of equipment listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), the Government will install all equipment.
