Army Community Service (ACS) U.S. Army Garrison Italy. Relocation Assistant, Lending Closet.Facilitate the commander's ability to provide Items of first necessity that support Active Duty/Reserve Personnel, Department of the Army (DA) Civilians, and Families conducting Permeant Change of Station moves in order to assist with settling/departing services and maintain readiness.

Primarily, the Contractor shall be responsible for operating the ACS front desk in accordance with (IAW) guidance received from the Information and Referral Program Manager (hereafter referred to as the Program Manager). Services shall be provided to all eligible ID card holders. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation that includes the Performance Work Schedule.
